Rotary Batch Washer
This application involves cleaning a wide range of hydraulic components, some of which have an inside bore which must be carefully cleaned by inserting a spray nozzle. This machine features a carousel design, where parts are loaded and then progress through a wash, rinse, and dry station before returning to the same station for unloading.
Inline Cleaning Systems
Our washers minimize energy and water consumption by using a closed-loop wash system and electric immersion heaters. When appropriate we reuse rinse water in the wash zone to further reduce water consumption.
