Rotary Batch Washer

This application involves cleaning a wide range of hydraulic components, some of which have an inside bore which must be carefully cleaned by inserting a spray nozzle. The machine includes a recipe function with a programmable height for each part. A servo motor moves the spray nozzles up and down the programmed distance through the bore. This machine features a carousel design, where parts are loaded and then progress through a wash, rinse, and dry station before returning to the same station for unloading. A light curtain prevents the carousel from turning if the operator is loading or unloading parts. Wash, rinse, and dry are completed in a vary compact footprint with a single operator loading and unloading.
