Wet Brush Lines
Inline manufactures complete wet brush lines including wash, powered brush (top and/or
bottom), rinse, chemical treatment, and dry for continuous strip or sheet products.
Inline’s wet brush lines are highly customized, including:

- Rotation direction and speed
- Brush downforce on the product
- Product guide systems
- Line speed
- Tension control
- Controls integration
We also build automated payoff and winding systems that integrate with the wet brush system to make complete production lines.
Inline Cleaning Systems
Our washers minimize energy and water consumption by using a closed-loop wash system and electric immersion heaters. When appropriate we reuse rinse water in the wash zone to further reduce water consumption.
