7- Stage Washer for Automotive Decorative Panels

This washer prepares polished aluminum sheets for screen printing. The cleaning process includes 7 steps: 2 separate wash stages with different chemistries, 2 separate rinse stages followed by a halo rinse with deionized water, a custom solvent spray application system with powered rollers, and a dry stage with electrically heated air. Sensors are used through each stage to monitor pressure, flow, temperature, and water conductivity to ensure each step is within specification.
