Seed Box Washer
Inline specializes in washers for which clean Buckhorn CenterFlow and Orbis/SeedBox GEN250 totes used to transport and apply seed. These totes are often extremely dirty when returned from farms and must be thoroughly cleaned before being refilled with new seed. Our seed box washers rotate the box 360 degrees, and can also dry the box. Options include washing the inside of the box, blowing off the top and sides, and automatically nesting / denesting the box for storage.
Inline Cleaning Systems
Our washers minimize energy and water consumption by using a closed-loop wash system and electric immersion heaters. When appropriate we reuse rinse water in the wash zone to further reduce water consumption.
