Seed Box Washer
Inline Cleaning specializes in washers for cleaning Buckhorn CenterFlow and Orbis/SeedBox
GEN250 seed boxes used to transport and apply seed. Seed boxes are often extremely dirty
when returned from the field and must be thoroughly cleaned before being refilled with new
seed. Our seed box washers index boxes into a wash position, and then rotate the box 360
degrees for a thorough cleaning and blow off. Rotation speed, number and direction of rotation
are programmable to ensure a thorough cleaning in the minimum amount of time.
Options include:
- Heated wash using electric heaters or gas burners. Heating the wash solution results in
a cleaner box and assists with drying as well. - Washing the inside of the box to remove chemical treatments. Alternatively the boxes
can be washed with the lid on so that only the outside is washed. - Top blow off when washing with the box lid on.
- Automatic nesting and de-nesting. We have built some systems which are offline from
the washer, and automatically nest or de-nest depending on the condition of the box
when loaded. Other systems include automated inline stacking both before and after
washing. - Multiple wash and/or dry zones for increased throughput.
- Continuous tunnel systems, including trailer-mounted mobile systems.
Inline Cleaning Systems
Our washers minimize energy and water consumption by using a closed-loop wash system and electric immersion heaters. When appropriate we reuse rinse water in the wash zone to further reduce water consumption.
